To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return or refund request.
Approved refunds will be credited to the beneficiary’s bank account within 2 days, though it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the funds to reflect, in accordance with RBI guidelines.
In cases of defective or damaged products, we offer replacements. To initiate an exchange, please contact customer support.
Once approved, the exchange process will begin within 2 days, with delivery of the replacement within 2 days.
Refunds are only available for products returned in their original condition within 2 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
